Skijar 2013
Skijar provides the following:
- Royal Class bus departing from Amsterdam
- Stay in a luxury chalet (6 nights)
- 6 day ski pass for the entire area, Sunday till Friday
- Welcome Buffet, Sunday evening
- Shabbatdiner, shabbatservice & shabbatlunch (optional)
with our favourite rabbi Sebbag
We also offer an option prior to renting ski-board material. Lessons can be prebooked through us. This is much cheaper than locally.
See Equipment/Lessons.
If you wish to come by private transport thats perfectly fine, see Transport.
The 6 days skipass is valid for the whole area of Les Menuires. This includes more then 160 km of slopes for beginners to professionals. See Area.
One cottage will be made free for those who keep Kosher. See Kosher for what we mean by kosher, for there is often discussion about this.
Participants must provide themselves with breakfast, lunch and dinner. We recommend each chalet to set up a money-jar and make food together.
This year we will organize a Tisch on Friday (men with Keppel). This Tisch will be led by Menachem Sebbag, Shabbatmorning he will also lead a service (optional). You can specify at the application form to the Shabbatcommittee to help and you can specify whether/what you want to do during the service. It’s not obligated to do, it’s just an option.
Skijar has an informal character. For those who wants to ski every day, you can. For those who wants to chill out after skiing, you can.
Few obligations, loads of possibilities...
